1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using allAIknow, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. allAIknow is an early prototype; features and terms may change.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information. Experts must be credentialed (e.g. a verified NPI for clinicians) before publishing. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Content policy, consent & rights

Experts retain ownership of the content they capture. You may NOT upload recordings of real patients or real patient procedures. Permitted content is limited to de-identified, synthetic, or simulated educational material that contains no PHI (HIPAA Safe Harbor) and that you have all rights to publish. By publishing a unit you represent that it meets this policy and that any depicted individuals have consented. You grant allAIknow a license to host, certify, and sublicense the content to buyers per the license terms you select. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.

4. Provenance & verification

Each unit is cryptographically certified with a Verifiable Credential. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any content; provenance attests to source and integrity, not correctness.

5. Licensing & payments

Buyers license units under the chosen tier and exclusivity. Payments are processed by Stripe; payouts to experts run through Stripe Connect. allAIknow retains a platform fee (currently 20%) of each settled license. Taxes are your responsibility.

6. Acceptable use

Don't upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to de-anonymize data, scrape the service, or misuse API access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nothing here is legal, medical, or financial advice. Content is not a substitute for professional judgment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, allAIknow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid in the prior three months.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or discontinue the service at any time. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
